What Building Review is
Building Review is a directory of Calgary condominium and apartment buildings with reviews written by the people who live in them: noise, maintenance, management, fees and what it is like day to day.
Each building also shows what the City of Calgary publishes about it: the condominium plan it belongs to, how many units it has, the year it was built, a typical assessed value and its building permits.
Reading is free and needs no account. Residents with a confirmed email can review a building they have lived in, report problems and maintenance, and suggest corrections. A moderator checks new buildings and edits before they appear.
